We are now accepting applications for vendors. If you are interested, please contact us for more information at 904-724-4646 ext. 203 or email katie@treehill.org.

Visit our vendors, enjoy arts and crafts, explore our trails and natural history museum, and of course enjoy the release of 500 monarch butterflies at the end of the day!

Your support of the 16th annual Joseph A. Strasser Butterfly Festival is essential to maintaining our trails, caring for our animals, and providing educational programs. Thank you!

Parking will be at the St. Andrews Episcopal Church or Parkwood Baptist Church. No vehicle traffic is allowed during the event, due to safety reasons. A shuttle will be running from the parking lots to the event entrance, but we encourage people to walk and leave the shuttle for those requiring extra assistance.

'Site Saturdays' with the Arlington Community Garden!

Arlington Community Garden, located on the grounds of Tree Hill Nature Center, will host a monthly 'Site Saturday' work day.  If you are interested in helping in the Garden, please join us for any of the following work days:

  • Saturday, April 8th from 10am-1pm - Thank you, but all volunteer slots are filled! We hope you can join us another time.

  • Saturday, May 13th from 10am-1pm - Join us as we begin preparing to 'put the garden to bed' for the summer. We will have a number of projects, from harvesting to clearing beds.

  • Saturday, June 10th from 10am-1pm - Join us for final preparations in 'putting the garden to bed' for the summer. We will give our raised beds a much needed break, but need your help to make sure everything is ready.

Please know that monetary donations are always appreciated and help the Garden continue it's important work.

Please dress in comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting dirty. Work can include moving soil, planting, and harvesting as well as watering and weeding the garden.

If you have any questions please email the Garden directly at: info@arlingtoncommunitygarden.org. Thank you! Without your support, the Arlington Community Garden would not be able to grow food for the food pantry at Arlington Community Services.
