The Tree Hill Nature Center Creative Coalition was founded by artist Allison Watson and Tree Hill’s Artist-in-Residence Joanelle Mulrain. With a vision to position Tree Hill as a natural creative laboratory that is accessible to the Jacksonville regional professional artist community, the Creative Coalition is now a thriving invitation-only group of creative ambassadors.

The Creative Coalition is composed of a group of professional artists who appreciate the beauty inherent in our natural world and utilize the beautiful eco-backdrop of Tree Hill’s 50-acre preserve in their creative pursuits. Creative Coalition artists are widely recognized as Northeast Florida’s leading established and emerging artists. The Creative Coalition’s 2010 fundraising project is this unique gathering of art.

Led by Artists Meredith Fordham Hughes and Heather Blanton and Sandy Wilson of Wilson Communicates, LLC, the Creative Coalition members have produced this beautiful coffee table book. Generously sponsored by the new JAXPORT Gallery, this book features images of Tree Hill and northeast Florida native plants, animals and landscapes.

One hundred percent of the profit from this book will go to support Tree Hill’s important environmental education programs for the community.
